To truly address chronic pain, you have to go deeper than the dysfunction and imbalances manifesting in the body, and also look at the lifestyle factors that are impacting this issue. Chronic pain sufferers hold a lot of power over their own healing, once they learn how to identify and defuse the triggers that produce this pain and discomfort. I support my clients in this journey by providing the self-care tools they need to find release from the cycle of chronic pain and inflammation. One-on-one coaching sessions that explore the specific obstacles and work/life factors contributing to chronic pain allow me to tailor a plan that approaches these issues from multiple angles, because as anyone with chronic pain knows, what works one day, may not work on another, so multiple techniques and options are key to improvement.
