Chronic pain and anxiety are a constant companion for millions of women in this country, and negatively affects how we live our lives and perform in our jobs. Lots of options are out there claiming to relieve ongoing pain, but fail to address the underlying problems driving your suffering.

I’ve created a program that is geared to high-performing, professional women who need to create a new approach to understand, manage and relieve the distraction and dysfunction of chronic pain so they can be at their best in their lives and their careers. 

The Reclaim Your Life From Chronic Pain 6 Month One-on-One Coaching Program offers an individualized approach to self care that targets the physical and mental aspects of chronic pain. 

I provide my clients with the understanding and tools needed to recognize their own pain patterns, and use a variety of techniques to help them identify and correct imbalances, and create a self care plan they can use to continually improve and maintain their qualify of life.

    Module 1: Personalized Assessment & Goal Setting

    A thorough and personalized assessment around your desired areas of improvement, looking a gait, spinal motions, and strength, so you can understand how your body is functioning and responding to your current activities and lifestyle.

    Module 2: Postural Training

    A postural assessment to identify and correct imbalances, and exercises you can do throughout the day to keep your spine in alignment, so you sleep better and feel less pain.

    Module 3: Breathing Techniques to Relieve Chronic Pain

    Getting Started

    We will get started with a 60 minute personalized assessment and goal setting session and an individualized written report.

    One on One Coaching & Training

    The 6 Month Reclaim Your Life From Chronic Pain Program includes 18 /60 minute  customized private sessions to address your unique needs  utilizing Gyrotonic, Yoga and Movement Therapy.

    You will also have progressive assessments as we move through the modules to help you track your progress and customize your program.

    My Story

    My own journey to wellness through physical movement and mindfulness arose after chronic pain and autoimmune issues forced me to take step back. After exploring various medical and holistic approaches to regaining health, I finally found relief I needed through yoga and Gyrotonic Movement to heal my body and mind. After practicing yoga for 10 ten years, I decided to take the leap and become a 200-hr certified yoga instructor in 2016, and am currently in the process of receiving my certification in the Gyrotonic Movement System.

    I strive to bring my clients a safe place to learn about and explore their bodies in a supportive environment. I encourage playfulness and curiosity, and hope everyone leaves each session having discovered a new awareness of how their bodies work and feel. I believe that an appreciation of how the mind and body work together to create our experience of the world is best witnessed through conscious movement, and I focus on developing this connection in each session. When I am not teaching or working as attorney, I can be found hiking, running, honing my cooking skills, and traveling near and far.
